I have been here twice this year whilst working in the area. First visit I bought samosas which were delicious. However, I recently bought the quiche and I can honestly say it was the best quiche I have eaten in a very very long time. I have had cravings ever since. The staff were lovely and helpful on both visits. I wish they were situated closer to home. Reasonable prices to boot 😊

It's become my regular patisserie, and I can't go past without having to pop in and pick up a tasty treat or two (or four!) The staff are lovely, there's a wide selection of delicious treats alongside a good selection of baguettes and hot foods (eg; pies, pasties and sausage rolls). You can also choose to sit down and enjoy some lunch or a coffee and treat. Give the quiche a try, very nice!
A tasty quick and go sausage and bacon roll with cappuccino, staff was so kind to offer a little sweets spoil. Nice local gem

My go to local independent bakery.woth wide range of bread, cakes and butties/rolls etc. freshly made to take away. Highly recommended

Got to be one of the best bakerys around the area. Great food. Helpful staff . Plenty of filling in your roll or sandwich and not at rip off prices. Visit at least once a week. Marks . Costa and other shops in same square so nice place to visit for the variety. Plenty of parking …More reviews

Absolutely beautiful food. Rolls prepared to order so you know it's fresh. Amazing value. I was passing through and live quite a way from here but it's so good I would definitely go back.

Friendly staff. Plenty of delicious cakes lovely bread and great selection of food to eat in or take away. Great place to stop for a coffee. Jenny Hall is so welcoming. Parking in front and easy access. The best patisserie in the area.

My family and I enjoy the food from this bakers. But on our visit today I was very concerned at the number of people in the shop at one time some without face coverings when the notice on the door clearly states only two customers allowed in at any one time and the staff not wearing masks or visors when preparing rolls , handling bread, cakes etc. Then handling money. Would it not be better if one member of staff handled the money.
UPDATE 10.10.2020 I Visited the bakers today and this time I was very pleased to see customers queuing, wearing masks and social distancing . The young staff working today were all wearing face coverings and using the hand sanitiser between customers they were doing a great job great to see the improvements after my previous visit. I will now give 5 stars.Superb range of baked produce to buy and tasty sandwiches too. We had a sausage sandwich, sausage roll, gingerbread man and a Chelsea bun. With a hot chocolate to stay warm in the cold weather.
Really nice, friendly staff The sandwiches and salads are great… always fresh and an excellent selection of fillings. Fantastic for vegetarians too
Very nice options and selctions for food and pastries. Can get busy In mornings but great customer service and slightly pricey but worth it for the options and quality.
Lovely multi generation family owned and run bakery. Fast and efficient service with a smile. I only go here for bread but it’s the best in the area!
